Taylor Group Realty brings residential real estate services to the Portland metro area. Their goal was to complete overdue website updates, create a brand awareness strategy and restructure their marketing to achieve a cohesive brand appearance.
First I accomplished all the website updates that included; adding a new IDX system, structured a more user-friendly navigation menu and found a cost-effective solution making the website mobile friendly. I also started to provide monthly maintenance. That involved updating the company’s featured real estate listings, team page, reviewing Google analytics and any other items necessary to keep their website up to date.
Secondly, Taylor Group Realty needed more brand presence online and more frequent contact with their database. To accomplish this need, I set up their social media platforms, and schedule post that contained specific content to their target audience. Also, I designed a monthly newsletter to be sent out to the database. In addition, I created blog posts for their website that included topics from real estate marketing news to community events.
Lastly, to create a cohesive brand appearance, I designed a simple, chic and modern branding style for the company. I was able to use this as a guide to design cohesive and polished marketing materials.
Overall I created an effective brand strategy that gave Taylor Group Realty more exposure in the community. This plan provided stability and consistency when Taylor group realty was communicating with its customers. The plan was such a great success that in the first year their organic community following increase by over 60%. Today, I provide marketing support as a consultant to Taylor Group Realty on an as-needed basis. Schedule in the latter part of 2018 is a website redesign for Taylor Group Realty.
